Much of the allure of Ancient India springs from its mighty elephants. Famously, at the thought of facing hundreds of them, Alexander the Great chose instead to turn his undefeated army around and leave. Indian War Elephants were highly sought in the west, and some historians speculate that the elephants the Carthaginians took over the Alps into Italy were Indian rather than from Africa.

So in designing the Indians, we knew the War Elephant was a key unit around which we would build the entire civilization. We also knew that their elephants would not be identical to those of the Egyptians. Just like how different civs feature different types of horses, so too should different civs feature different types...

As showcased in our previous blog, the Halloween Event is scheduled to launch on October 23rd, 2022, 12:01 UTC, and will last until November 20th.

Hello there Spartans! As promised in our previous Developer Update Blog, we finally have the biggest Champion Mode overhaul of Age of Empires Online history. This update will change how PvP is played completely, making new strategies possible and breathing a breath of fresh air in the game. Hello there Celeste players! We are back with another blog, and this time, we are showing you a quick sneak peek at the upcoming quest pack, Aiding Socrates!

That's right, we will be going back to Athens to find Professor Socrates again. He has recently uncovered pages of an extraordinary Wall that he will be able to build for you, but several pages of this blueprint are scattered around Greece and he needs you to bring them back to him.

Most of the quests in this pack are around the 3-star difficulty level, so everyone has a shot at completing the entire set and getting themselves the exclusive piece of gear!

With 7 of these quests available to play, you will be able to enjoy almost all of them with a friend in co-op mode and collect the blueprint pages for Socrates so that he can build that wall for you.
