If you let the workshops produce to maximum they do stop, you have to choose the material and start the process again, this only happens if the workshop completely fills, for any rarity of material, it's more noticeable with common materials because the workshop fills up faster.

They're all easy enough, Celts are a bit lackluster overall though(they work well enough once geared, but one of the more annoying civs to play all the same). Persia, Norse and Babylonians all start at lvl 20, provide you with some basic gear and avoid all the hand-holdy low level quests.

I'm unable to reach Age 4 as Egypt in this quest(regular one, part of the Assist Persia questline), building the Temple of Ptah does nothing, the civ remains in Age 3. Not sure if it's a one off bug as i only have one Egyptian civ(and eles rule, even in age 3), naturally. I've finished this...

I personally think it wouldn't hurt to make unit advisors cross-civ, think of them as mecernaries and you've solved the perception issue of them feeling like they belong to a particular civ. It's not unheard of for armies to use mecernaries from elsewhere in the world, when the price is right.

You could easily exploit the average price calculation just by working alongside another person(or two) buying up each others items at insane prices, Player A buys item worth 1k for 100k from Player B, Player B returns the favour and does the same for Player A's item in the market, both players...

Maybe you just have poor latency to one another, do you play anything else with this person outside AOEO?

Playing as Persians i can never capture any further camps after the second, i kill everything but nothing converts over and it happens with any camps after that also, played through a few times now and i can only ever get as far as 2/5 camps, despite killing everything possible in the quest.
