Just putting my comments. A welcome change that helps Greek players field a strong infantry army especially when there were past complaints about Greeks having a lackluster infantry advisor composition. Can't help it if Greek Forts were included to also ignore 15% of enemy armor... Not too...

If you visit Carthage, Delos, and the Farafra Oasis, you can do the Empire Point quests by turning in material stacks that you can easily buy from Bahram. Converting Empire Points is as easy as using Empire consumables in boosted legendary quests to get it done asap.

Apparently if you have the Legendary: Invasion of Aegnita in your quest log. You need to abandon/complete it and this will resolve the issue. Solved.
