Spartan.exe application crash

The following is happenning to me since last game update/fix.

I've done game scan with and without beta update enabled, with the same hardware specs and with no windows update done with same results.

Also re-installed https://download.visualstudio.micro...3f02745c7b206ad10373cbca89b/VC_redist.x64.exe

1st cenario
A) logon into the game, select any civ, do any random stuff or stay still with chat open
for about 1~2 minutes.
B) Me or someone open for trade or invite for a party and it will crash

2nd cenario
Same as A) on 1st cenario
B) Open mail, create message, when submit the message it will crash

If immediately after logon you try 1st B) sometimes works (~70%) and sometimes not (~30%).

If after logon you immediately try 2nd B) cenario, it works fine.

If you end a quest and try any of the above it will crach.

Sometimes when starting co-op quests with someone it crash or it says that the other player cannot be found.

After the crash the game is still running and I do need to manually end the game using task manager.

With beta enabled, could you give me your xlive.log? It is located in Documents/Spartan folder.
 
Okay thank you for your log file. Please wait until the next beta... this should fix it then
 
Hi,

The game no longer crash since the last two updates.

Last week I still had some small issues with mail, chat, trade and when trying PvE.

Just logged and so far all seams right with no problems at all with mail and with the chat, it seams it can now find immediately the user's when sending mail or wisper, and so far I do not see any message saying "user does not exists" or "user is an invalid gamertag", no more need to retry again, again and again.

That's cool :), great job!

I'll try later with some buddies PvE and trade and will keep you posted.

It looks that's more stable, however it is still not fully sorted out.

After I log into any civ and immediately send mail, whisper or trade, it works just fine without problems, but I need to stay in the same place (I mustn't logout or go to another city for example).

If instead I do anything else, such as for example getting quest from giver, go to another city or whatever then it suddently and randomly happens.

On PVE, it also happens that it is difficult to enter into parties (e.g.: accuses that the name tag doesn't exist) and to launch a coop game.

Attaching some screenshoots, hope it can give a better picture of what does occur.

I too get a C0000005 exception since the update, immediately after the launcher starts spartan.exe:
(Sorry for the foreign language output, it's a German Windows 8 install, but since the dump layout is the same as in the english version you'll get the gist of it, I think ;-)
