Scout consumables

Greeks and Egypt have a convenient scout consumable for spawning a new/fresh scout.

It would be nice to see additional consumables for the other civs to spawn scouts or changing the consumable to be non-civ specific so it can spawn the main scout your civ uses. I understand that the empire scout almost covers this ground, but who realistically wants an ungeared scout for EP.

Agreed, i'd love to have this
It would probably need to be civ specific though because each civ has a different scout unit and gear wouldn't work on a generic one
 
You would also have to think about Norse - Which scout do they get? In quests in which you only start out with 1 scout it's almost always the Melee scout, but they can't build outposts with a melee scout.

I think that's just a bit of an oversight, norse should be starting with their ranged scout in such instances so they are functionally equivalent to other civs on any given quest where it would otherwise be too much of advantage to start them with both.

Might be a good time to retire the Scout of the Empire consumable now there's a Recon Man for every civ.
