Is it possible, to delete buildings in the capital city?

I have noticed, that once a building has been placed in the capital (e.g. different sizes of warehouses), is it after not possible to delete them. Do I not know how or is it really like that? If so, that is annoying. I have now some to small warehouses in the capital of some cultures and would be happy, to replace them with larger warehouses, but at the moment I can not do that because this fault.

When you re in capital city, there are two buttons in the upper side of the screen, one for moving the buildings and the other for packing buildings back into blueprints. The second button is what you re looking for, in case of warehouses make sure you have enough space in the inventory and the warehouse you re packing is empty.
