Have you tried playing since, and has it been happening repeatedly aoeo? Try some skimrish or arena games and see if it happens?

So a mix of bad antivirus flags, connection dropouts from you or the opposition, or overloading the game with spammed keys (think 600+apm, standard opening macro spam at 100-400 isn't too silly) could contribute to OOS errors. I think the one drop out I've had in ~120 Sparta games was probably due to a sync error because my ISP or my router farted. You sure your ISP wasn't doing any maintenance?
