Any chance for more use of vanity items in legendaries?

I very much enjoyed the fact that all the enemy dudes in halloween quests were wearing halloween vanity hear. Wouldn't it be cool to see more of this in other legendary quests, or quests in general?
I mean, we have so many different vanity items in game already, if it is not too much to bother they should be used to add flavor to quests.

yes the idea was really pretty and surprising, obviously considering it was a halloween event it was right that the troops had matching clothes. Welcome to future events that bring us this kind of equipment news. I don't want to put pressure, but it's been 3 years that from winter to summer there is always a hole to fill with a possible new spring event that you can insert
