I think it varies per level. I had a 12 kingdoms that originally said 150000 xp but then when I completed it it gave me 350k because I was several levels under.

You have to build the Temple of Ra first, then Set, then Ptah.

I would stop running battle.net and blizzard. It could be their Warden anti-cheat software. I had a similar issue in other games when it was running in the background. I am not sure why Blizz came out with their Warden software. It shows up as a virus everytime I start up battle.net.
