nevermind i had to build store related to this building :)

so i wanted to build a sitting pharaoh statue but there was this popup (image below) which asked me to buy premium ornaments pack in order to build this statute. so did bought it but i am still not able to build this statute. and on top of that this pop up again come up :( also my 450 EP gone.
