How many warehouse can i place in my town?

5 and you can't replace the 16 slot one you start with nor the 20 slot one for pro civs

5 is max, but you cant pack the ones you start with (a 16) and Pro civs start with 2, a 16 and 20 slot
Pro civs are the Persians, Babylonians and the Norse
