Server Server Update [January 25, 2018]

Bug Fix:

• Fix issue where PvP stats was not always registered for all players of the game.

Enhancements:

• PvP Balance Patch #9: https://forums.projectceleste.com/threads/balance-update-9.188/.
• Sparta ranked match reward now more Empire Points.
• Sparta ranked match reward now more Sparta Points.
• Day/Night effect has been add to Skirmish and PvP maps.
• Allie AI Skirmish have been updated to be more able to defend them selves.
• "Sparta xLive" updated.
  
• Internal server code improvement.
