Bug Fix:
- Fix issue where PvP stats was not always registered for all players of the game.
Enhancements:
- PvP Balance Patch #9: https://forums.projectceleste.com/threads/balance-update-9.188/.
- Sparta ranked match reward now more Empire Points.
- Sparta ranked match reward now more Sparta Points.
- Day/Night effect has been add to Skirmish and PvP maps.
- Allie AI Skirmish have been updated to be more able to defend them selves.
- "Sparta xLive" updated.
- Internal server code improvement.
