Advisor Rework #5 implemented.

• Balance Changes:
  • Egyptian War Elephant: Movement Speed reduced to 8, from 9.
  • Elephant Archer: Projectile Track Rating increased to 16, from 15. Snare increased to 0.75, from 1.0. Max Spread Reduced to 1.25, from 2.0. Spread Factor reduced to 0.02, from 0.04. (meaning they are far more accurate now).
    • Affects both Egyptian and Indian Elephant Archers.
  • Persian Cataphract: DPS increased to 25, from 20.
  • Roman Decurion: DPS increased to 28, from 24.
    
  • Babylonian Royal Guard: Hitpoints increased to 340, from 320. Now has Baseline Pierce Armor increased to 0.20.

    • Legionary Champion: Now also grants +50% Splash Damage Armor. Upgrade cost increased to 450g, from 400g.
    • Decurion: Now has 0.25 Baseline Snare Resistance. Cost reduced to 65f/85g, from 65f/90g.
    • Decurion Champion: Now grants 40% Bonus Damage Protection and Snare Resistance, from 35%.
    • Gallic Horseman Champion: Cost reduced to 1000g, from 1200g. Now also grants +50% Snare. Train Time reduced to 19s, from 19.5s.
    • Scorpio: Cost reduced to 120w/50g, from 120w/60g. Now has 0.30 Melee-Infantry Armor. Movement Speed increased to 5.5, from 5.
    • Scorpio Champion: Now grants +40% bonus vs Infantry, from +20%.
    • Auxilia Camp: Cost reduced to 150w, from 175w.
    • Sacramentum (Auxilia Camp Age II Factory Tech): Cost reduced to 25f/25w/25g, from 50f/50w/25g.

• Bugfixes:
  • Fixed an issue where the Seed-Master Agape Advisor had incorrect scaling in its non-Epic rarity levels.
  • Fixed an issue where the "Bolster" (Roman Engineer Building Speed Tech) incorrectly granted 30% Building Construction Speed instead of the intended 35% (Champion Mode only).
  • Fixed an issue where the allied player did not have the correct colors in the "Eritrea" quest.
  • Fixed an issue where the enemy AI did not function properly in the non-repeatable version of the "Teos" quest.
