KiengIV, Reis2TheOccasion, ThoTechtical and FPSticks are really solid ones with great pvp skills who also explain thought processes behind their actions. Some of these people also make great guides where they explain some terms and tactics (or strategies).

There are other great ones but personally i don't like the "shoutcaster" types who yell a lot and fake their hype-levels. So im not even gonna list them altho they are very good at pvp.
