SOLVED No launch in online mode

Hello...

When I try to connect via online (with my nickname or email) it appear "internal error" message. I have desactivated my antivirus, I have comprobated the windows´ firewall is ok for the game, run 'game scan' and all it´s required to run the game but it´s still not work. I don´t know what is happen.

The last issue with that error was that the password was invalid, caused by password reset when it had 32 digits, now it was changed to give out 16 .. So if you previously had a password reset, try it again

It shows a popup simply says: "Error: Internal Error". Only that, when I try to loggin.

My password only have 9 digits and it include one simbol. Maybe is it possible show me that error for include a simbol in my password? In this page I can logging without any problems.

I´ll try changing the password for another without simbols then.
