gem cutter's workshop

HI all,

I can't place my gem cutter's workshop in my Celtic capital. I can take it out of its blueprint and choose the place where I want to put it but when I click to do so it get cancelled and come back in my inventory. I do have all the resources needed.

I can't place my gem cutter's workshop in my Celtic capital. I can take it out of its blueprint and choose the place where I want to put it but when I click to do so it get cancelled and come back in my inventory. I do have all the resources needed.

There's a maximum number of workshops per civilization. 8 normal ones and 2 advanced ones. (The advanced ones are the ones that cost resources to place)
