error: server offline

Hello!
i am a new user, i have installed the game but whenever try for signup i receive an error: server offline if anyone have any idea how to fix it please share it

One user before had a similar issue and fixed it like this.

I have fixed my problem again by comparing registries with a friend whos installation works. For anyone having the same problem in the future, the following configuration should make the game work: SSL 2.0 disabled, SSL 3.0 disabled, TLS 1.0 enabled, TLS 1.1 enabled, TLS 1.2 enabled, TLS 1.3 disabled.

thanks for the reply i have installed the latest version of celeste launcher and it worked, but there is anew error after the registration whenever i try to play the game i receive new error called 0xc000007b, i try many difirent ways but it did not help if you have any idea about it please share , thanks
