I have a very modest suggestion: as someone who enjoys making their capital city look good, could some of the buildings that exist, but don't drop, be added to the loot drop tables?
The most obvious case of this would be Trade Docks for civs other than Celts. I know they exist for Greeks, Egyptians, and Persians, and I understand that the talented Celeste devs have made trade docks for other civs too! I'd love to be able to use those. The Celtic Village Hall, too, would be a nice thing to drop. I'm sure there are more.
In general - and I don't mean to pollute the loot tables completely - it would be great if it were possible to get other buildings. Many are used already to beautify non-capital cities like Babylon or Crete. I would spend gold on being able to place Markets, Docks, Guard Towers, Town Centers, Houses, or Temples. (I presume walls would be tricky without villagers?) Might be a way to remove some gold from the economy, too.
Right now, the loot tables see a lot of Sphinxes and Grand Architect's Masterpieces - it'd be nice to replace a few of those
