SOLVED clearing out some confusion

Penelope was the first project that allowed players to play Age of Empires online again. Although, only in offline mode. Once it was figured out that a live server was possible, some of the Devs that worked on Penelope went to work on Project Celeste. So, it is a different project, but some folks worked on both. Hope this clears up any confusion.
