So I have three pro civs (instant level 20). And I can't transport myself to Cyprus with any of them, where I have to be in order to play skirmish vs AI. I can still play skirmish on all my three non-pro civs. I've asked the chat in-game but people seem at a loss of why this is the case. Asking here instead.

Speak to Marcus Pollux in your capital, he should direct you to Cyprus with the " skirmish awaits" quest
