Can't login anymore

Hey
since few days launcher won't respond anymore and crashes with "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again or check the log files.". I tried updating game files, which didn't solve the problem. I tried updating the launcher but it crashed. So I downloaded the newest version and unpacked it into the folder overwriting existing files. Still don't work. Any suggestions?

Same here since one week, but I suspect a change from my ISP.
I've installed the lat launcher 3.8.0.

it works when I do the command: telnet prod.projectceleste.com 4513

I'm in Japan with SoftBank fiber, but I've changed my associated phone subscription to a lower rank and since, my fiber connection has become less stable, with even some days at less than 5 mbps.
Also, I started to get DC from Black Desert Online since the same period.
I've tried changing my DNS and to tweak my PC connection with TCPOptimizer and Leatrix Latency Fix but no luck.

Ok, in my case, it was solved by going on the Discord and an admin whitelisted my IP.
My ISP seems to use a VPN for dynamic IP and it has been blocked.

Just downloaded the game to new drive and can't login anymore, used forgot password to reset and it won't let me login.
Finally got logged in now the game won't launch did a reinstall and still won't launch

Does it give you an error message? Does the celeste client still open it's just that the game won't start? Is it the same error message (or lack of one) and the same point of non-function (e.g client works, game doesn't start) after the reinstall? Hate to be rude but you're not giving people reading your issue much to actually work with.

When you downloaded it to a new drive, had you fully uninstalled the game off the original drive? If so, did you make sure to delete the spartan folder in documents before installing on the new drive?
