A lot of Rogues quest Secondary quest fails (Babylonian)

The secondary quest (Produce only villagers and Cavalry) fails, when I que cavalry units. Isn't that an error? And it makes it extremely hard to complete that mission, seeing I then only can produce villagers and buildings without failing the bonus objective.

Mounted Archer is a Ranged unit, not Cavalry. Chariot Archer and War Chariot are also Ranged units, so with the Babylonians you can complete this quest only with the Lancers.
