Not sure this is exactly what you are asking about but; there is only a "Win on all maps" Trophy. There isn't one for a specific Opponent level. Standard AI will give you the Trophy for winning on every map. But other AI doesn't do anything after that.

tbh, PvP has certain times of the day, where it's not being used. So no matter what you do, you wouldn't find a game anyway. The Port forwarding would cause the game not to be created. It would not prevent you from finding other players.

LAN can still have times where the internet "burps" It's just the internet connection being lost for a fraction of a second. Also, adding something that allows for re-connection isn't possible, as the server it self doesn't keep track of who DC's while playing with who. And it's not a server...
