Can we have it so the various resources stack automatically when retrieved?

Most can now be stacked in warehouses/Empire vault but others can't, Parthenon for instance. Can we make it so they all do or is there a reason some can't?

Giza Limestone says stack size of 500 but only stacks to 250.
