Player progress is saved on the server, the quest that you were doing when being disconnected should still be in your quest log.. But will have to start fresh, from the beginning ..

I assume it was already running ? Not sure why if it wasnt, but in the launcher, you can set it to start using steam to launch it, in Tools > Helpers > Steam Did you look in Taskmanager to see if it was running ? if so you can use that to close it

I did a fresh install of the game, using the installer, on same computer I am playing from, and installed Launcher 2.0.2.0 and tried to update the launcher to latest and fails. I also tried it with launcher 2.0.3.0 with same results Updating the game works fine, just not the launcher update..
