We have no database from original game, have to start again.. Accounts must be created in the launcher, this forums account is not the same .. We all had high accounts too, we all had to start over

Try adding the games folder to your antivirus exclusions.. If you have Kaspersky, that will have to be disabled.. Would be easier if you continue to have issues, join us on Discord, link at bottom of site And post in the #Help channel

I'm not understanding why its not allowing to install it, since its a Microsoft Update. You may have to either contact someone local you to have a look at it, or contact Microsoft support .. Ive tried looking to find a solution, but there's no information about this problem, seems no one else has it

What version is your windows 10 ? Settings>System>About 32 or 64bit, Edition, Version and OS Build Just doesnt sound right that you cant install it.. Also look in 'Programs and Features" , then on the left, click "Turn Windows features on or off" See if its listed there, it might not be enabled..

what about the offline installer ? (I cant read french)

Have you tried downloading the web installer ?

Been a few players having the same issues, some have ran game scan many times before it worked. they added multi-thread downloading to speed up the update downloading, it seems it may be causing the problems.. might be corrupted downloads ..

Have no idea on that error.. As I said a couple posts ago, use Discord, it probably would be easier for you as well..

Looks like when you try starting it, you hit enter when NO is selected when asked to allow the launcher to make changes.. Press Yes instead Edit You might find it easier to get answers quicker if you use Discord, theres a link at bottom of site.. Its 1am here and need sleep..

The game is available to every country, server doesnt block countries.. What exactly is the problem you are having ? Everything installed fine but cant connect to server ?
