Can't login either. Perheaps they forgot to turn the thing on properly after maintenance?

I very much enjoyed the fact that all the enemy dudes in halloween quests were wearing halloween vanity hear. Wouldn't it be cool to see more of this in other legendary quests, or quests in general? I mean, we have so many different vanity items in game already, if it is not too much to bother...
