I assume the empire vault can still be expanded with empire points (if that's not the case, please correct me), however, since empire points are very valuable and cannot be purchased, would the developers consider expanding the vault to 30 (or more) for all players ??? I use the vault constantly...

As far as stuttering, I've noticed that the music sometimes gets garbled or gets stuck (like a broken record) once I complete a quest and the end-music starts. It also happens during log-out and log-in when I switch civs. Anyone else have this issue ?
