Drop rates for crafting recipes from chests ???

    This is a technical question but, just out of curiosity, do we have any stats on what the drop rates are for crafting recipes from chests, particularly epics ??? For example, the price in the marketplace for an arctic fox furs recipe is extremely high and the price in the trade channel is not much less. I assume this is a very rare recipe to drop, correct ??? For those of us trying to fill out our workshops, how hard is it to find epic crafting recipes from chests ???

    The reason the arctic fox fur recipe is so expensive right now is because there is an event in which the furs are used to create legendary items. Prior to this event you could not give away fox furs or the recipe.
