SOLVED Spartan.exe-Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point ucrtbase.abort could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll. This error pop-up when i start game! I re-installed all and fallow installation guide!
