    Hi I wanted to ask if there is the delian adept wheel somewhere in the shop or if it is only for players to buy. and how the hotkeys are swapped in and out is fast

    Delian wheels are sold in Delos. Not sure I understand your question about hotkeys. You basically bind a key, let's say f to train spearmen, so you press your barracks hotkey and then f, instead of clicking on the unit icon

    I mean to garrision somthing such is in Watchpost i Need to click every time at the Symbol near the Icon of the villiagers

    you can enable one-click garrison from options

    Alt+right click

    you can enable it as default like finishedblock said

    Dunno what the out garrison is, I just shift click the portrait to eject all of that unit type

    Default Out/Eject from Building is "E".

    To see and learn or change/add any of these Hotkeys visit your mini map > Options > Hotkeys.
