Old newbye about units

Hi, I'm a long time AOE player, I did began to play again with Celeste Project since december...it's a great opportunity of big fun.
I was a solo player cause I prefer eco boom, slow times and I don't like rushes and 10 minutes frenetic games...but I'm trying to get better in offensive mode reading tutorials and watching videos.
Can you link me a list of all the units with ideal best gear/gears? I'm playing with Greeks.
And I would like to know which unit is the best to combact against another one....es. infantry beat cavalery....spearmen is the best unit against....
I'm not sure to know correctly which unit to use in each circostance....
