Since the update of 14th Dec. recipes for the 10 materials below seem to be dropping from quests & chests.
Common Materials:- Grain, Copper, Animal Hides, Pine Planks & Stone.
Uncommon Materials:- Scrolls of Lore, Garnets, Wool Cloth, Resin Vials & Work Tools.
These 10 recipes already exist in the relevant workshop just as soon as it is built so their inclusion in loot tables is totally pointless.
Similarly, I hope we do not begin to see the common consumable recipes that are included with a craft school start to drop from quests & chests.

Common Bandit Cavalry recipe. This always existed in every Cavalry craft school as soon as built.
