SOLVED Summer Grab Bag & Celebration Grab Bag

I have a question about the "Summer Grab Bag" and the "Celebration Grab Bag" in the Empire Basar before I buy them. If you buy them do you get the items for every civ or only the civ where you buy the bundle?
On Discord I got two different answers.

You only buy them once and you get them for all civs. Remember to log out and back in after you buy them.
