Back with another planning sheet, this time for the summer event, lists all the quests, rewards and some useful tools to help plan what you want to earn out of the event and plan what quests you want to do to achieve your goals.

Thank you for compiling this list. For the Scepter, its best option for someone that wants to run priestesses with Ellys fast for heals.
Also, I think a couple of changes aree coming after the hotfix, so you may want to look at updating couple of PVP rewards.

I think it's 3/3/3/3/3 for the library. As for snappy, killing animals refills health, so you can do it much faster than 13 min.

Will update my time on snappy quest when i rerun it again. I overused the animal refills at start and rushed into villages so had to slow down and play it safe for village 5, will see how quickly i can do it next time now that i know the quest better.
