Spartan Weekly Training Marathon - Halloween Event

Unfortunately, I can not complete my quest because the questgiver doesnt let me turn it in.

I tried to turn it in on different ways, I relogged, I switched to different civs.

Unfortunately the event ends tomorrow and therefore I will not be able to buy the legendary spear or the 71 chests with the halloween points.
