SOLVED Spartan.exe-Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point ucrtbase.abort could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll.

This error pop-up when i start game! I re-installed all and fallow installation guide!

Fully uninstall all versions of the C++ Redistributable. Then, reinstall with this file: http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/visual_c_runtime_installer.html

(after uninstalling, make sure that the C++ redist re-appears in many instances within the control panel after the installation completes)
