[solved] Ornate ornaments: empire extras premium purchase just stole 450 empire points from me :(

so i wanted to build a sitting pharaoh statue but there was this popup (image below) which asked me to buy premium ornaments pack in order to build this statute. so did bought it but i am still not able to build this statute. and on top of that this pop up again come up also my 450 EP gone.
