Question - When does Celctic Civilization Unlock Metalworking school?

Hi guys! I unlocked a bunch of recipies for the metalworking school that apparently is unique to only the celtic civilization. That being said I started up a new celctic civ! However, I am not even level 5 and I cant find a metalworking school anywhere in the store to buy or anything. Is it locked behind a level or a special quest?

yep , i think it is at a higher level, some quest giver will propose you to build the crafting hall

It comes pretty quick - Just keep doing the quests and you'll unlock the Crafting School.
