Keeping track of all the advisors

Hey.

I have been really struggling to keep up with what advisors I have for what civ and what rarity etc.

I was thinking it would be good to have the advisors you dont have yet listed with the others but greyed out or something? Also so they appear after and to the right of the advisors you already have got so that you can still access the ones you need quickly.

If not then maybe some way to check accross other civs to see if you need it.

I know this might not be easy to do but it might help some people.

Or is there another good way to remember? I was going to make a checklist and do it that way. Thanks.

This would indeed be a very nice QoL to track advisors that you have on various civs. I generally just hold on to most neutral advisors I get, just to find out that I already had em on all my civs. It's also kinda tricky with the vendor Advisors - Is the uncommon I just got useful, or did I already buy it for 400c?

Yeah it would be kinda neat. The advisor card says that you have invited this advisor already if you have it.

What I do is I put the card in my empire vault and then I basically log into the other civs, and hover over the card. If it doesn't have the message that means I didn't equip that advisor.

It would be nice to have that QoL change but for now this bootleg method works ok too. Just a little more work.

I was wondering if it was possible to have a full screen mosaic window to
select an advisor instead of an horizontal selector. But that would certainly trigger a huge code rework and thus not a good idea.

This is exactly what I do. And if I have it in all civs, the final civ I check is my advisor storage civ.

Ok so I have no idea if anyone will use this but I have put together a Excel and google sheets Advisor checklist with tick boxes. (Tabs for each civ at the bottom). You can preview it on the link below.

If you go to files menu then you can make your own copy and be able to edit your own tick boxes. I will upload a Excel file if as well anyone wants to use it. The google sheets version works better from your phone than the Excel version.

Here is a link to the Excel file if anyone wants it. HERE

or you can download the google sheets version from the preview link and make your own copy which is what I did, Then put it in my google drive and then update from my phone while in game.

When you download it then all the pictures will be there. Not loading through the preview in link for some reason.

You use other players as your overflow trash!

If you call max Epic items, legendary advisors, legendary recipes and what not trash, then yes. Maybe Rome can be my secondary Legendary storage when I start really grinding again. Idk.
