    its possible villager collect 15 resources only with zephyros epic and a good hammer?
    no other advisor no tunic of collector no ancient trojan guard chiton. i can collect 14 with zephyros and hammer of kaveh 17.1 collect rate, maybe with delian archons hammer 18.8 collect rate its that possible?

    With which Civ? Sounds like Babylon.

    Delian Archon's Hammer isn't enough to bump you up to 15 resources collected age 1.
