Follow the Steps
STEP 1-)
Download the 2.0.1.3 Version Launcher. from HERE.
STEP 2-) Say 'NO' to launcher update. Don't Login.
STEP 3-) Scan or Re-Download the game with Game Scan. Do Not Tick "Beta Update" [C:/Program Files/Age of Empires Online]
STEP 4-) Backup the game files for new updates. YOU NEED TO USE THE 2.0.1.3 GAME FİLES.
STEP 5-) Update the Launcher and Login.
STEP 6-) Say 'NO' everytime when you pressed the PLAY button for Game Scan.
Will be Work %100.

Beyler sonunda çözdük. %100 oluyor. Forumdan bir arkadaşın yardımıyla çözdük.
1-) 2.0.1.3 Version olan Launcher 'ı indirin. BURDAN
2-) Launcher'ı açın Gelen ekrana No Deyip updatelemeyin.
3-) Giriş yapmadan sağdan çekiç resminden GameScan yaparak ya oyunu indirin ya da oyunu güncelleyin. [C:/Program Files/Age of Empires Online]
4-) Game Scan bittikten sonra dosyaları yedekleyin ki ilerde sıkıntnı olursa atarsınız dosyaları.
5-) Bittikten sonra Launcher 'ı Update 'leyip Giriş yapın.
6-) Play tuşuna basınca Update isteğine No Diyerek Oyuna giriş yapın.
