How to do update, register, and online mode

Hello, I join this site just few hours ago, as I still remember AOEO. I enjoy new first play, but I have some questions.

1. How can I update current Celeste launcher
When I use the launcher it said outdated.

2. How can I register and do online
Because the launcher is outdated, I can do neither my registration nor online access

3. How can I increase my level and gear for my units like old day?
I currently have no idea for level-up and getting gears for my units.

On Jan 2, I found the answer
When I re-installed Celeste Project launcher with version 3. 2, everything has been solved. I think some kind of update will be necessary for Install page of Celeste Homepage.
