How does ignore armour work?

Hi All,

Does someone know how ignore armour works?

For example if you have 8% ignore armour and the enemy has only blacksmith upgrades so 41.66% armour.

Does it then:
A. Reduce the armour to 33.66% as in 41.66% minus 8%

B. Reduce the armour to 38.33% as in 41.66%*(100%-8%)

C. Some other way?

Ignore armor is stacking additively, not multiplicatively, because of some error where typical stacking wasnt working
