I saw in latest Sever maintenance thread for Nov 27 :

Quest Updates:a

• Legendary: Vile Isle: Fixed an issue with the quest map where enemy units could walk through gaps in trees in certain areas.

Well is legendary Vile Isle available in the l Prison of Zarhhak Building ? I have 4 PoZ buildings and I can't find Vile Isle - is the timer carried over from the event ??

Vile Isle and Goons of the Moon are not in Zahhak Prison but they ll return next HE and after that they ll be added to the prison. This is more like update for next year when they return due to a feedback on the quests.

The quests are not available in the Prison, but the quest can still be played through offline mode. The change is also pre-emptively for next year's event.
