Halloween Event 2022 Preview!

Hello there Celeste players! The Halloween Event for this year is almost upon us and we would like to show you a quick preview of what's headed your way this October 23rd!

New Legendary Quests
=====================

Alongside the previous Halloween Event Legendary Quests are two new Legendary Quests! Return to Haunted Isle and go to war against the evil Headless Horseman, Emerald Guardians, Soul Guardians and more minions of the evil tyrant Zahhak.

New Minigame Quests

Legendary Quests are not the only new Quests, though! We also have two entirely new Minigame Quests joining the already long list of Minigame Quests for the event.

Limited Time Event Exclusives
===========================

The popular Marduk's Bow of the Unyielding is making a return this year, as well as two items from previous years.

More details about the exact stats of the new items and the availability of previous year items will be revealed on the announcement post of the event on October 23rd.

There will also be (just like previous years) Exclusive PvP Quests during the event. More details to follow soon!

Revisit Haunted Isle and get yourself some limited-event items from the store!
All of the fan favorite items are returning, including, but not limited to:
  • Black Cat Vanity Set
  • Floating Scarehouse (24-slot Warehouse)
  • Pumpkin Residences
  • Event Chests
  • Epic Elixir/Potion Consumables
  • More Capital City Decoration


Event Start and End Date

The Event is planned to start at 2022/10/23 00:01 UTC and end on 2022/11/20 00:01 UTC. Once the event is live, there will be a timer added to the sidebar of the forums.




All current and future content will stay 100% free and accessible to everyone.

Looks great - some new quests and items. I especially looking forward to see the stats of the Siege Arm.

But I wonder - can the fireflask with only damage and RoF and no ship bonus damage compete with the now legendary version that got about 20% extra bonus-damage to ships in pure damage output vs ships? Isn't the bonusdamage worth FAR more than normal damage (as also RoF should be counted as in a way)?

I also wonder if you for the other events could make other versions of the 24-slot warehouses, as far as I know they only come with the Halloween events and I don't fancy them for my capitals. I would like to see how they might look in summer-version especially, maybe some winter one also.

Not a bad idea to toss on the wishlist from the 3d guys. We gave them this Halloween off from events (they are busy animating the Indians).
