Gearless skirmish option

Hello there,

is it possible to implement an option to the AI skirmishes in cyprus to disable all gear and advisors for everyone? This might be the best step to lure any old school age of empires players to AoEO by making the game more simple.

Also a small menu icon to navigate directly to skirmish mode from anywhere would be great. It was kinda hard to find as a new player without the help of the ingame chat.

That would be nice, they could just add a "champion mode" tick box to the skirmish hall.

I like this idea. Would be nice to have a Champ mode for skirmish.
