Game doesnt launch

Hi,

I can't launch my game. I installed all the components listed, add exclusions on my anti-virus, did all the steps in the tutorial, but nothing happens when I click on play

Could you help me?

Hi! That sounds like an antivirus issue. Try adding exclusions for these three folders:

• (the game's installation folder)
• %userprofile%\Documents\Spartan
• %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp

What antivirus do you use?

Kaspersky Antivirus, but I tried to disable it and it did not work so I don't think it's from my AV :/

If we want to rule out Kaspersky, try temporarily uninstalling Kaspersky, rebooting the PC. Then repeat the installation of the celeste.zip. If the game still doesnt run, after hitting play, It definetly isnt kaspersky.

Same problem for me, I uninstalled Kaspersky as suggested above and it works. Re-installed Kaspersky, not working again. I have added the below to exclusions but still no joy.

Edit: closing down Kaspersky completely also works, can load the game and then restart Kaspersky. Pain in the arse though lol.

Yeah, Kaspersky is weird like this, where their exclusions dont work. I've contacted them but to no avail.

I have the same problem, the game was updated with your launcher but when i click on "play", the launcher reduce himself and there is no game ...

Like with the other's, it's probably your antivirus.

I have written with Kaspersky Support for a long time and have now solved the problem together with them.

You can update your application. The problem might be occur through old version.
