Game crashing after new screen bought.

Hello

I got a new screen for xmas a curved 34" Samsung G5. 3440 x 1440 165hz.

I am unable to play the game now, whenever i load into a map it just freezes and crashes out of the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, updated all drivers etc etc. There seems to be nothing i can do to stop game crashing, any ideas?

Res in game is set to native and hz to 165.

Help :)
 
Hi, I just bought a new laptop HP Victus but my game keeps freezing/crashing. Anything that I can do about it. Have had Microsoft C++ Runtime errors but do not know what the issue is. Ran all the system updates and checks but there seem to be no errors. Is there any fix I can use or game patch that I am missing? How can I check that.
